Pulp Making

A pulp mill is a manufacturing facility that converts wood chips or other plant fibre source into thick fibre boards which can be shipped to a paper mill for further processing.

Processes
Pulp can be manufactured using mechanical, semi-chemical or fully chemical methods (kraft and sulfite processes), and the finished product may be either bleached or non-bleached, depending on the customer requirements.

Our Products
We have several products which can help pulp mill customers to solve a wide range of technical problems and improve their pulp making processes.

Brown Stock Washer Defoamer

Brown stock washer defoamer is used to ensure the thorough removal of dissolved organic and inorganic material present in the pulp at the end of the digestion process. Any residual dissolved organic and inorganic materials would interfere in the bleaching process, paper making and also increase COD, BOD and color load in the effluents.

Drainage Aid Pulp

The above are a few examples from among our products dedicated to pulp making. For further information regarding technical data or application for these or other relevant products, please contact us.
